The Cutest Caddy

Again, these pictures are from early April (I'm getting there!!!) but they are too cute not to share.

Arlo loves windchimes.  All of them.  But these are his favorite, because they are right at his level and just his size.

He also got some new golf clubs from Grandma recently.

He loves holding them and dragging them around and carrying them on walks around the neighborhood.

Off to the links!

He may be following in his Grandpa's footsteps with a love of golf!  Check out these skills!

Meetup

We had a great time at this playground in Durham with some of the women from my Meetup group.  On this particular day, there were a lot of older kids that Arlo LOVED playing with.  The little boy playing with him in sand box was so super sweet and patient and showed Arlo how to make a sand castle (which he promptly knocked over).

Sandboxes are always a big hit with my boy!

As are colorful playhouses like this one.  He must have opened the door, gone inside, closed the door, then come out about a billion times in a row.

Not my best camera work (I've noticed Arlo has started ignoring me when I break out the camera...it's now much harder to get shots of his smiley face!) but wanted to share these anyway.

Baby's First Popsicle

It was a big hit!  (Are you surprised?)

But my sweet little sharing boy was even willing to give Roscoe a taste.

And then promptly snatched it right back.

And proceeded to completely ignore Roscoe as if he weren't staring down that fruit popsicle like it was a ham bone.  What a weird dog.  :)

Back in action

Is anyone still out there?  I realize it's been over a month since my last post.  If any of you are still checking in (I hope you are!), I will try to get caught up over the next few weeks.  These pics are from April 1st (almost 2 months ago - whoa!) and were taken at Caroline, Matt, and Gigi's house on the same day as the Easter Egg Hunt in my last post.

We had a great time hanging out in their awesome backyard!

Gigi has a super cool water table that was a HUGE hit.

Unfortunately, Mama didn't bring a change of clothes, so once Arlo was soaked through, Gigi was kind enough to loan him her adorable surf shirt.  :)

Gigi's pink car was a big hit.

I think it must have had a blown spark plug or something because my little mechanic worked on it for a long time.

Looks like he found some junk in the trunk!

Since we wanted to return Gigi's cute shirt, this is what the ride home looked like.

I'd say that this little boy was pretty worn out - what a fun day!
